Shipped immediately, took it out of the box, ignored all the instructions and warnings as men do, unscrewed the other one, put this one in, filled up 2 big glasses of water to "flush it" and that was it.



Maybe 5mins worth of effort?

It is the perfect size for my office. I love that it has it's own freezer compartment instead of the little funky ice box inside of the refrigerator. There was a dent in the back corner from shipping, I contacted the manufacturer who offered the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time, they gave me an additional 10% credit for my trouble.
