I wish I could review this model of fridge, but Cavalier Wholesale, which is actually Factory Direct Wholesale, did not send me the correct model I ordered. The door hinge was broke and the top and sides are dented and buckled. Went to amazon returns to print out a label and was informed by FDW that I would have to pay to return the fridge. When I called FDW customer service, a recording that informed me that the extension number was not valid. After many tries, I was able to leave a message, but nobody in 2 days has called or emailed me to resolve this problem, which is all their fault.

When the package arrived, it had Factory Direct Wholesale on the label, which threw me as I ordered from Cavalier Wholesale, thru amazon.com website. A quick google search for FDW came back with 16 complaints from BBB (Better Business Bureau) and a rating of F. Not only that, when I went to FDW website, it informed me that under NO circumstance will they pay for return shipping and also there is a 20% restocking fee. When I ordered the fridge there was no mention of that, or I would have never had ordered from them.

What a horrible way of doing business. This is a warning to everybody, buyer beware. Do not buy from Cavalier Wholesale/Factory Direct Wholesale. You will get nothing but broken items that you will have to pay to send back.

Save yourself the headache and go with a company/seller that is honest and has integrity. You will be so much happier in the long run. I wish I had done better research before I ordered, I would not have lost $132.97 and my time and effort on trying to get this problem fixed. Good luck everybody, I hope this has helped.
